  1. Once page is opened click on Download Tool now
  2. It will download MediaCretionTool2004.exe
  3. Install MediaCreationTool2004 to your windows system.
  4. It will ask you two options Upgrade this PC now and Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC
  5. select second option -  Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC
  6.  Next page will ask you about Language. Edition, Architecture., Click Next
  7. Now choose ISO file, You'll need to burn the ISO file to a DVD later.
  8. choose a place to save ISO file.

once ISO is downloaded, now its time to follow steps to create or build a USB pen drive for boot.

 Steps - How to make Windows 10 ISO to USB bootable.

  1. Now you need tool to create a copy of an ISO onto a USB or DVD. 
  2. Download this tool from Microsoft website, Windows USB/DVD Download Tool 
  3. Select Windows7-USB-DVD-Download-Tool-Installer-en-US.exe
  4. Install the tool onto your desktop and run it
  5. Open the application from Start Menu, name will be Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool 
  6. Select source file, browse and select ISO file which was downloaded in the above steps., Click next
  7. Insert your pen/USB drive minimum space 8GB, and select it.
  8. Make sure you do not have anything important on USB drive, because this process will format your USB drive and make it bootable.

Above process will create a USB drive into a Windows 10 bootable device, Now Install/Upgrade your windows 10 machine for free.
